Officially known as Affinity Real Estate Management, Inc, we were founded in 2008 by Kirk Rector. With over 25 years in the real estate industry, Kirk felt compelled to start his own venture. The goal? To manage a growing real estate portfolio and pursue new real estate investments for a select group of clients.
As our clients acquired more properties, we realized how helpful it would be to build a property management team to oversee the growing portfolio. Additional opportunities to take a hands-on role in developing properties soon arose. Before long, Affinity evolved into a full-service real estate management company.
